Position(s)
William W. Creighton is seeking to employ (1) Summer Student for July and August 2024.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7 hours per day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The wage for this position will be $21.55 / hour
HR Support:
a. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
b. Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
c. Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
d. Assist with HR and Finance related administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
e. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Organizational Development:
a. Collaborate with key staff to understand system processes and procedures.
b. Support in the creation of digital user manuals, guides, and documentation for all Creighton activities.
c. Assist in the development of onboarding and orientation materials.
d. Work closely with key staff to document troubleshooting steps and FAQs.
e. Ensure that all documentation complies with organizational standards.
Payroll Expertise
a. Collaborate in the preparation and execution of the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and company regulations.
b. Assist in calculating and processing employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related components.
c. Verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies, providing support for payroll-related inquiries.
Accounts Payable Assistance:
a. Support the AP team in processing invoices, verifying documentation, and addressing discrepancies.
b. Participate in reconciling statements, tracking expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
General Administrative Tasks:
a. Provide general administrative support to the HR and Finance department.
b. Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to employees and team members.
d. Perform data analysis and generate reports as needed.
